One day, during a battle, Jinwoong, a Government-born, lost control of his earthquake ability and caused devastation. In the midst of this chaos, he found solace through the touch of Jaeho, the rebels’ leader. As their encounters repeated, Jinwoong began to feel a human connection towards Jaeho and started to open his eyes to the suspicious nature of the city government.
